What materials are SUSAN BIJL products made of?

Most of our products, including The New Shopping Bag, are made from 100% recycled ripstop nylon. This material is lightweight, water-repellent, and incredibly durable, reducing the need for single-use plastics.

How should I clean my bag?

We recommend hand washing your bag with mild soap and lukewarm water. For machine washing, use a delicate cycle at 30°C and place the bag in a washing bag. Always air dry; do not tumble dry.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Rotterdam.

What is your return policy?

You can return your unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all original tags are attached. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our nylon products are 100% vegan. We do not use any animal-derived materials in our bags, pouches, or straps.
