At SUSAN BIJL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable choice; if your new items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
